Our ambition is to make IAZ the natural partner for its members and within the market. We achieve this by unburdening our members, delivering demonstrable added value, leveraging expertise and sharing knowledge and opportunities across the network.
Collaboration within and with the Purchasing Alliance for Hospitals (IAZ) contributes to affordable, sustainable, safe and accessible healthcare. In addition, we strengthen one another through structured knowledge sharing, ensuring that insights, data and best practices are widely leveraged across the network. In this way, we jointly build a future-proof procurement organisation that continuously improves.
We achieve affordability by actively steering on cost savings, optimal contract utilisation and effective joint procurement projects. By bundling volumes and making smart use of market intelligence, we create better conditions and a stronger financial foundation for all hospitals.
